School

Pilot Park Preschool is a nature-based program that runs 9-3pm Monday through Friday. Other options available are an extended day option (8:30-3:30pm), an all day option (7:30-3:30pm) and a half day option (9:30-12:00pm on Tuesdays/Thursdays only). We follow the 2024-2025 Stillwater Area School Calendar and have 2, 3 or 5 day options available.

Pilot Park Preschool is located near a wooded area with several trails which we explore as much as possible. When we can’t explore in the woods, we have an outdoor classroom with many natural elements. We also bring nature indoors by having natural objects placed throughout our classroom.

Pilot Park Preschool serves children ages 3-5 years old who are fully toilet trained. Children must turn 3 by September 1st in order to enroll for the school year.

Examples of topics we may be exploring:
Bees, apples, pumpkins, flowers, worms, birds, habitats, seeds/plants, leaves, migration, pond life, nuts, owls, hibernation, water conservation, butterflies/moths, forest animals, composting, insects, gardens, shells, rocks and many more.
